CHOOSE MEDEARIS
COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICT 15
About Justin Medearis
Justin Medearis is a Conservative Independent running for Montgomery County Commissioner District 15 in Clarksville, Tennessee. Justin is focused on responsible development, practical traffic solutions, improving taxpayer to county commission communications, and revitalizing parks while preserving the character that makes Montgomery County a great place to live and raise a family.
Traffic Solutions
Our road infrastructure has fallen behind. I will work with fellow commissioners, the State of Tennessee and the Regional Planning Commission to implement practical traffic solutions that prioritize the safety of our children and families, while ensuring smooth traffic across District 15 and the entire county.
We must improve roads responsibly, keep taxes low, and preserve our way of life.

Responsible Development
Growth should respect property rights and maintain the rural character of our county. Development must be thoughtful and balanced, supporting progress without gutting the beauty of Montgomery County.
I will strongly consider the recommendations of the professionals of the Regional Planning Commission and most importantly a wider range of affected citizens. Together we can preserve the land, values and freedom that define Montgomery County for future generations.

Parks & Recreation
Responsible parks and recreation development must focus first on revitalizing existing spaces while thoughtfully creating new ones that serve the needs of District 15 and the county as a whole.
I will work to prioritize appropriate locations, improve accessibility and ensure traffic and infrastructure impact remain minimal. This approach preserves our quality of life, protects surrounding land and provides quality spaces for our families.

Improve Communications
For too long input from citizens has relied on people having to search out ways to express their ideas and concerns. So, what generally happens is that only a few “insiders” get heard. The responsibility of hearing “the voice of the people” shouldn’t rely solely on the citizens. Elected officials must reach out in creative ways.
I won’t rest until I develop new ways to solicit input from the people of District 15. They deserve to be heard loud and clear after getting the facts from me, not some rumor mill.
